Bourgogne Hautes Cotes de Beaune Blanc 2021

TASTING NOTE:From vines between Pernand-Vergelesses and Echevronne.A note of flinty reduction at first, with some grapefruit-fresh-citrus hidden underneath. Onthe palate, this seems to show that flinty reduction and perhaps a sublte oak influence, inboth spice and creamy texture. An ambitious and relatively stylised Hautes-C?tes but with good depth of fruit and freshness at its core. (JH-16.5)

Pale fresh colour, and immediately the nose is racier than Les Monatines, with just a light honorable reduction. Fresh apple, light citrus, definitely more character here with good length. (Jasper Morris-88)
